We recently purchased so many sweet potato’s for the upcoming holiday, and realized we only need half of them. So what did we do? Made some delicious sweet potato chips. My hubby sliced and diced them and I layered and seasoned and baked them. Talk about team effort! I’m so happy we only made three of the sweet potatoes because once you have one, you cannot stop! Yes, they are that GOOD!
Ingredients:
We made two different kinds:
Onion Garlic Sweet Potato Chips and Cinnamon Sweet Potato Chips
3-4 Sweet Potatoes
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Pepper
OR
Cinnamon
Stevia
Directions:
Preheat oven at 450.
Cut up the potatoes in a food processor or by hand in little circles.
Lay on a non-stick cooking sheet or use non-stick spray.
You will season all potatoes evenly.
Put in the oven for 40 minutes, move the potatoes around at 20 minutes.
Take out and cool for 5 minutes and Enjoy!
Optional:
You can use other seasoning of your choice, the flavors can be endless!
