Baked Brussels Sprouts

I’ve never really liked Brussels sprouts. And I’d tried everything to make myself love them. Finally, after making batches and batches of them, I found a way! Brussels sprouts carry so many key nutrients and I’m thrilled I found a way that makes them taste good.


3 cups of brussels sprouts
1 tsp. of oilive oil
1/2 tsp. of onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic podwer
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
Ziplock storage bag


Clean and chop the brussels sprouts in half.
Add the olive oil, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper in the Ziploc baggie.
Add in the brussels spouts, zip the baggie up and shake the ingredients together.
Lay the brussels sprouts flat down on the sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
