Black Bean Chill Hummus on Lettuce Leaves


This is an idea from one of my Determinites, she has been purchasing a black bean dip and wanted to make her own. So tried a few different ideas I had and this one turned out awesome! Serving size: 2 tablespoons

Ingredients

3/4 cups cooked black beans
2 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoons olive oil
1 full lemon-juiced
1 tablespoon garlic seasoned vinegar (Brand I used-Nakano Rice Vinegar-Roasted Garlic)
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon 
ground black pepper
1/2 head iceberg lettuce, cut into wedges

Preparation

Blend all the ingredients, except the lettuce, in a food processor until almost smooth.
Let sit for 15 minutes before serving with iceberg lettuce wedges.
Enjoy!
