Cauliflower “Poppers”

Enjoy this yummy vegetable for a snack or side meal and feel like you’re splurging on a dessert with the cinnamon and stevia mix. This is seriously addicting, so make enough! Makes 6 servings.


2 heads of cauliflower, cut into small florets
2 tablespoons almond oil or medium-high heat oil
Flavors to Experiment with:
2 tablespoon of each--cinnamon and 1 tablespoon OR
2 Tablespoon of each--chili powder, cumin, garlic powder OR
2 Tablespoon turmeric
Make different varieties to find the one you love best!


1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. In a large Ziploc baggie, combine the cauliflower, seasoning, oil and shake the mixture to make sure each piece is coated.
3. Transfer to a baking sheet and spread in a single layer. Place in oven for about 30-40 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes to ensure the cauliflower is getting browned on all sides.
4. Take out and allow to cool for 3-5 minutes, and enjoy!
