Chocolate Protein Oatmeal Bake


This protein oatmeal bake is one of the easiest, yummiest, and well balanced breakfasts that can be thrown together the night before or even the morning! It is a ready when you type of breakfast! There is no longer any excuse for not eating a delicious and satisfying breakfast, no matter how busy your mornings are! This Chocolate Protein Oatmeal Bake is guaranteed to be something you look forward to waking up to! Serving size: 10 squares

Ingredients

2 ½ cups uncooked quick-cooking oats
¼ cup Stevia
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cups Fitpro milk (vanilla or chocolate)
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
2 tablespoons coconut oil
3 egg whites

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375°.
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl.
Combine the FitPro milk, greek yogurt, coconut oil and egg whites.
Add Fitpro milk mixture to oat mixture; stir well.
Pour oat mixture into an 8-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
