Eggnog Protein Shake


‘Tis the season of seasonal drinks. To some, the taste of eggnog is something that some people can’t resist through the holidays. But have you checked the nutritional info on the back of the carton? It can be alarming. So, I’ve put together a healthy, protein-rich alternative that still tastes sinfully delicious. This will be a drink everyone will enjoy at your holiday gatherings. Serves 1

Ingredients

2 egg whites
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk + 1 serving vanilla protein powder
1/2 teaspoon rum extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon brandy (optional)
10 ice cubes (optional if you want to make it thick)
2 packets of stevia (or sweetener of choice)

Preparation

Place all of the ingredients in the blender, and blend until smooth and creamy!
