1 cup unsweetened almond milk + 1 serving vanilla protein powder
8 ice cubes
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
Optional: 2 small gingersnap cookies (mixed in the blender with the shake).
Place all of the ingredients in the blender, and blend until smooth and creamy!
