Gingerbread Protein Shake

Who loves the classic gingerbread cookies for the holidays? Why not make it into a shake? Enjoy the flavor of the cookie in a protein rich snack or meal! Serves 1


1 cup unsweetened almond milk + 1 serving vanilla protein powder
8 ice cubes
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
Optional: 2 small gingersnap cookies (mixed in the blender with the shake).


Place all of the ingredients in the blender, and blend until smooth and creamy!
