Taco Layer Salad

This Taco Layer Salad has all the delicious ingredients you’ll find in your favorite taco and makes a perfect family snack or game day grub.


2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
1 packet of organic taco seasoning
1 cup black beans
4 cups lettuce
8 oz. cheddar cheese
3 small tomatoes
1/2 cup slice black olives



In a small bowl mix the Greek yogurt, lemon and taco seasoning together.
Then start with the layering: Dip, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, add each layer on top of the next, ending with sprinkling the olives on top!
Alternate one celery sticks with each whole grain chip to cut your calories in half.
