Low Carb Egg Nog


On the 3rd day of Christmas, my true love gave to me…a yummy low carb Egg Nog drink (which is also Egg-Less….what?!). This is not only very low in calories, sugar and carbs but it does pack a yummy punch in this Christmas classic drink. You can enjoy without the guilt. Ingredients

2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. Imitation rum extract
3-4 packets of stevia or 1 tsp. liquid stevia

Preparation

1. Blend or whisk/or blend all the ingredients together until they are well combined.
2. Refrigerate 30 minutes or more to chill.
3. Serve immediately, or store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
