I have SUPER exciting news to share that finally I will be launching our new program called the Athletic Endurance Academy, specifically for those that are runners, tri-athletes, swimmers and cyclists who want to take their bodies and races to the next level. The program’s varied workouts strength and endurance training will be customized to work with your body type and race. You will increase your stamina and endurance so you can push your body beyond what you ever thought possible. I have many runners on my online training program and all of them are doing exceptionally well having new PR’s, feeling stronger, and have reduced any injuries. So once I knew I had a great platform I wanted to further it and make it better.
I started designing the Athletic Endurance Training Academy over 2 years ago and wanted to make sure I had a great partner to work with. I contacted a dear friend of mine about a year ago, who also is a certified personal trainer, avid runner, triathlete and a well-rounded athlete to see if she would want to partner with me and this new program. I have picked this certain person because I love what she stands for, and the fact she is a great athlete that knows the ins and outs of any training event. I’m very honored and excited to announce that Marey Scully will be joining as one of the coaches of the Athlete Endurance Training Academy.
With this program people get their own personalize training program, help with their muscle imbalances, when and how to taper, tools to help them recover, and a customized meal guide that will ensure that their receiving the essential nutrients needed to make it through long, intense workouts and to aid in recovery. We also include information on how to make sure you’re giving yourself enough time to recover. So by the time their next race rolls around, they’ll be amazed at the noticeable different in both their time and strength.
Here’s a more specific breakdown of what you’ll receive with the Athlete Endurance Training Academy:
- A complete goal and health history report to customize this plan around you.
- New training plans that are sent to you monthly, which may include running, cycling, swimming or cross-training (depending on your athletic event).
- You will have access to Coach Dayna and Coach Marey’s email for support and/or questions.
- Nutritional tips that will help push your body to the next level.
- You will receive two different meal guides, which includes recipes, and grocery lists to get you through your training.
- This will also include, 3-5 weekly customize strength training workouts with videos that will correlate with your weekly training program.
- Weekly journal check-ins from your trainer.
- Tips to make your recovery days easier on your body.
- Get extra support and motivation from other Determinite athletes in the Athletic Endurance Academy on Facebook (you will receive an invite).
- One 15-30 minute coach call to go over the program and how to get started.
