Take some time every Sunday or Monday and prep for the week. Just an hour or two in the kitchen will make the difference between eating nutritiously or running late without a plan.

I hope this quote can make an impact on you. I read it while trying to got mentally prepared for one of my functional workouts yesterday. I didn’t feel like working out, super tired–but I knew if I would workout I would have way more energy. So when I read this quote–I knew I could make it happen. And I did!!
Sometimes just a little quote can make things happen and give you the kick in the pants you need to recharge yourself. I hope this helps your Monday morning like it has helped mine!
