A little brain exercise for you every morning…I want you to read the following out loud or in your head.
I’m content with my life right now. Say it out loud.
I’m content with what my body looks like right now. Say it out loud.
I’m content with my weight right now. Say it out loud.
I’m content with my job right now. Say it out loud.
I’m content with my relationships right now. Say it out loud.
This may seem silly, but if you live being content then you will always enjoy your life–and you will live out every moment in happiness.
I know there are I wish I had OR that I wish had more time with my family OR that I lived more in the present, enjoying each moment instead of living in a fast pace life. But what I really need is to be content with the life I have and enjoy every moment. I need to be satisfied with what I have and be grateful for the time that I’m given.
Don’t wish for something different, we go through life being dissatisfied with what we look like, who we are, and what we don’t have. Take your focus on what you DO have and what YOUR body is able to do–and you will be amazed at what can happen.
