As a personal trainer and a health consultant I teach people many different ways to stay motivated. Every individual is different, they will lose or gain weight differently and at different times, and all are built different and live different lifestyles. What keeps most people motivated is taking a picture of yourself in a swimsuit or something that will show your whole body. Each month on the same date take another picture in the same outfit. Doing this will provide encouragement when you can see the progress. Keep the pictures close by so you can look at them. The best place to post them will be on your bathroom mirror and you will see them every morning and that will remind you to make the best choices you can each day!
So, strike a pose! Make sure to take those pictures, even if it is uncomfortable to do, you may regret it if you don’t!
