As a new mom, there is always challenges. Getting a shower, eating and gulp…I’m going to there…the bathroom. Another challenge is sleeping and not getting enough of it. I can make a list of things that can take your time as a new mom and maybe a mom to multiple kids so I figured it would be a good idea to film one of my online personal training clients that signed up for the Baby Got Back program.
