Ingredients:
1 cup Gluten free oatmeal or oatmeal of your choice or add an extra 1/2 cup almond floor if allergic to oats or Paleo friendly.
2 tablespoons of PB2 or sun butter if allergic to tree nuts. You can get PB2 at your local grocery store or online.
1 cup Almond milk or milk of your choice
1/2 cup almond floor
1 tsp. of baking soda
1tsp. Of gluten free vanilla
3 egg whites or 1 organic egg (use egg white replacement if allergic to eggs)
2 scoops of vanilla protein powder (I used Isagenix Isalean)-(optional to add extra protein, if you take out add ½ cup applesauce).
¼ cup Chocolate Chips- Use Enjoy Chocolate chips if dairy intolerant or on Paleo.
Directions:
Blend all dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately than combine all together. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minute or until just brown on the edges.
Cool and enjoy!
