Since I plan out my child’s meals for her daycare every week, I like to keep her meals as close as possible to the other kids so there is no confusion from the other kids. I do this because I have Celiac Disease allergic to gluten and dairy, so my husband and I decided till she is old enough to tell us if she has a belly ache we will keep her clean of gluten and dairy. So I have made this gluten/dairy free granola for Adrianna and she loves it! This is a great addition to snacks for your little ones.
1/2 cup Gluten Free Unflavored Oatmeal
2 Tbsp. cup Agave Nectar
1/4 cup raisins or any type of dried fruit
1 Tbsp. Flaxseed (optional)
1/8 cup Pumpkin Seeds or nut of choice
Optional: Add Tbs. of dairy free Mini Chocolate Chips (or regular if you can tolerate dairy)
If too dry add a little water!
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray, lay the granola flat on the pan at bake for 25 minutes. Let cool and put in the fridge for 2 hours to harden.
