These are so good, my mother even liked them! She is a great baker so coming from her they were DELISH! I loved these because I didn’t even have to add in peanut butter, and still tasted AMAZING! Okay… WELL I used PB 2 so they still had the taste of the real thing! Enough said this is this the recipe!
Peanut Butter Blossoms
dairy free, gluten free/egg free.
Ingredients:
2 cups almond floor (or floor of choice)
1 cup of sugar of choice ( I used Truvia)
1 tsp. of baking powder
1 cup of unsweetened apple sauce
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup of PB 2
1/4 cup Chocolate Chunk Chips (I use the ENJOY brand)
Directions:
Preheat at 350.
Add in flour, sugar, baking powder, vanilla, apple sauce, cinnamon, and PB 2 and blend well together. I ended up using my hand to blend it, other wise it was too dry
Roll into balls and place on a non-stick baking sheet.
Bake them for 10-12 minutes and take out.
Immediately, add the chocolate chunk chip and bake them for 2-3 more minutes.
Let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
